Whatever you make, we make the box.
A single die-cutting table in Bavana has become a fully integrated packaging unit. This is who we are, what we make, and how a box goes from your idea to your customer's hands.
Caja Craft began in 2009 with one die-cutting table, a stack of kraft board, and a simple belief — that the box a brand ships in is the first thing its customer ever holds, and it should never be an afterthought.
Fifteen years on, that single table has grown into a fully integrated manufacturing unit in Bavana, one of North-West Delhi's largest industrial hubs. Design, printing, die-cutting, folding and gluing all happen under one roof — no middlemen, no outsourced surprises, no diluted quality.
From a startup ordering its first 100 mailers to enterprises reordering by the pallet, we build packaging that protects what's inside, presents the brand outside, and can be made again exactly the same six months later.
"The box is the first
thing your customer
holds."
In the industrial heart of Bavana, our floor runs the full line — reel to press, press to die, die to glued, glued to palletised. Every box that carries a client's name is cut, printed and checked here, by a team that has been folding board together for years.
In-house design, litho & flexo printing, die-cutting, folding & gluing — no work leaves the unit.
Every job's dieline and print files are kept on record, so the ten-thousandth box matches the first.
Physical samples and QC passes before any run scales — the stamp on the box is earned.
Most packaging jobs pass through four or five vendors. At Caja Craft they pass through four or five departments — the same floor, the same team, one point of accountability.
Free dieline development and print-ready artwork for every order — send a product photo, get back a build.
Litho, flexo and digital print with UV, foil stamping, embossing and matte/gloss lamination.
Precision die-cutting, creasing, folding and gluing for structures from simple RSC to complex rigid.
Physical white samples and printed prototypes in hand before a run — checked, then scaled.
Volume runs from 100 units for startups to pallet-scale reorders for enterprises, on schedule.
Bundled, palletised and shipped flat anywhere in India — reorders are one message away.
Heavy-duty shipping and storage — single, double and triple wall for every load.

Self-locking mailers built for D2C brands and the unboxing moment — no tape, all edge.

A box has one job, and then a second life. Ours are built for both — recyclable boards, honest inks, and no plastic laminate unless a job truly needs it.
